License withdrawal from a bank

In 2018, the Central Bank has already revoked licenses from 20 banks. Another 47 organizations were deprived of them in 2017. The banking crisis entailed the need to protect the interests of investors, creditors, guarantors and mortgagors affected by stricter banking sector regulation. Protection of the rights of individuals, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs in banking disputes has become the main focus of the activities of the Academy of Legal Decisions.

In the framework of resolving disputes with banks, we:

  • consult on the necessary actions after the license is revoked from the bank;
  • draw up a plan for further action to protect the rights of persons;
  • monitor changes in the status of the bank after the license is revoked;
  • draw up the necessary documents for contacting the DIA;
  • control the actions of various organs;
  • collect the package of documents necessary for applying to the court;
  • represent interests in court.

Other disputes with banks

The main difficulty in the processes with banks is as follows. On the one hand, many conditions of contracts obviously infringe the interests of clients. On the other hand, by signing such documents, clients, under the influence of bank employees or by their own ignorance, agree to them. In such cases, it becomes more difficult to challenge the contract or its individual conditions.

Upon termination of the contract, upon presentation of a request for early repayment of the loan, upon foreclosure of the pledged property, we are ready to protect your rights both at the pretrial stage and in court.
